Xelic Appoints New Member to Advisory Board
May 28th, 2002 - Xelic is happy to announce the appointment of Gregg Mockenhaupt to its board of advisors. Gregg is a Managing Director of Crest Communications Holdings LLC, a communications-focused private equity firm, and of Crest Advisors LLC, a private investment and merchant bank focused on the technology, media and telecommunications industries. Mr. Mockenhaupt is a member of the board of directors of TeraBurst Networks, Inc., Jareva Technologies, Inc., and Interland, Inc., and is a board observer to Solid State Photonix, Inc.. Prior to the inception of Crest in 1996, Mr. Mockenhaupt was an associate in the Mergers and Acquisitions Group of Smith Barney, Inc. Mr. Mockenhaupt graduated in 1991 from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School with a B.S. in Economics and concentrations in Finance and Political Science.
